when the touch came out in nov., i waited(having the 700wx) i bought one(touch) in jan. 08 off ebay.the box came with accessories but no phone.i disputed the guy but complained to sprint via email about the 700wx.after threatn to cancel,sprint took back the wx 4 the touch.i got a new 1 on a thurs. and friday morning i dropped it n a can of paint! friday afternoon there was another brand new touch at the door! turns out the ebay guy sent his thurs. and sprint fri.after a gallon of oil paint its still going strong!
