EDIT: BlueAnt just released the 4.0 firmware upgrade, which addresses perfomance in windy conditions. Sounds like this could be what you're looking for
just got my z9i today and so far its working wonderfully. I have it paired to both of my cell phones and it answers either phone when they ring. From what I understand the noise reduction might not be as good as the jawbone, but it's damn sure good enough for me. The fit is awesome and its VERY light. Right now I am wearing it without the ear loop and it's staying in very well.
