No, tell them you can't send or recieve pix messages. Worked whenever I wanted a replacment. I just got them to keep me anothe replacment today. They keep offering me a brand new 6800 if I renew but I'm not. And I decided not to take the one from a friend cos the battery is weak. I want to get one outa of them. I'm gonna play the lemon game.
