Need to replace the "welcomehead.96.png" file that is in /windows
Most likely you will need Resco File Explorer to be able to replace the file. If there is a way to have a .cab that installs the ENTIRE theme for people, we may not be able to include this in the .cab but as a seperate DL they will need to do themselfs.
