Yep I always start in bootlader mode. I don't know why but it's just the way it works for me. And another weird thing is when I flash to WM5 or and .EXEs I HAVE TO have USB Connections enabled. Not to mention if I use bootloader v1.00 with Vista I don't have to disable connections.
