According to everything that I have read at XDA, this is for Diamonds... the issue that you are haivng installing it is video related. This file is a hack on the Diamond theme from the Diamond, hence it is for VGA displays. Vogues, Titans, Kaisers, etc all have QVGA displays.
End of story, we were not meant to have this...
