I see some roms it will not show the right information after been customized

my Bell Rom shows 105.13

and what the use of your mem after you start your phone? my phone it will show 29% of mem used before start any apps

My phone shows 105.13 as well and starts with 29% at the beginning of start but goes to 34-36%

My rom does not have radio included.
