Everytime I use my Cellebright machine to drop a phonebook to a mogul or Touch, the contacts that have a first and last name get converted to Last name, first name. Is there a setting I can change on the unit before I do the drop onto it? Otherwise I tell the customer that they have to go through and change each one either through Outlook or the phone it'self. Thanks for any suggestions.
