Just wondering since I skipped them and on my initial boot i have ~23MB RAM free where I see other people talking about 15MB on a fresh boot.
first off, there are no customizations that run... all it will do on initial boot is reset your phone. just let it do its thing, its fine. this isnt a stock rom so you dont need to reset it there.

and when people were getting 15 mb of ram after boot that was on the first rom jd released, which had either an 8 or 12 pagepool. the current release has a 6mb pagepool which should give you around 23-25 mb after a fresh flash.
