being a recent convert to my palm 800w after 7 years of Blackberry... i miss a particular feature. how can i do this on my 800w??

**BB has a feature called AutoText. whenever i would type something of my choosing, it would convert it to whatever i predefined. for example, when i would type "tia", it would change it to "thanks in advance".

in fact, i had entire paragraphs i frequently used for work with customers, and got them out in 2-3 letters.

OH.... ONE OTHER THING.... how do i have spell check run automatically before i sent an email?
