I got it working
Ok, I figured it out. I changed setting in ESPT->Modem Setting-HDR Hybrid Prefered to Enable, It was disable, & prefered mode to Automatic, now I am getting incomming calls!! Verizon techsupport were clueless. To get into ESPT dial ##778, choose edit from menu, passcode is 000000
