I'm having the same problem. XV6700 flashed to the latest rom I found on UTStarcom website and the problem began. I can make calls but cant receive any calls. When I call the phone using another phone it rings about 3 times then goes straight to voice mail. The phone itself doesnt ring at all.
Then I flashed to the clean and simple rom and still the same problem. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail after a couple of rings but the phone itself doesnt ring at all. I thought I read about a similiar problem here but cant seem to locate that thread.
Anyone have any ideas?
