Did you run Bell Customization?
I had noticed that after flashing PRI wasn't changed.
Only after Bell customization PRI 2.04_003 had been changed to PRI 2.02_007 on my phone.

PS:
I have just bought the Vogue, will have European carrier. Have a dilemma what to use:

1. Bell 3.42.50 radio with Bell PRI 2.02_007 (Bell firmware defaults)
2. Bell 3.42.50 radio with Sprint PRI 2.04_003 (you can get this by flashing Sprint and running Bell without customization)
3. Sprint 3.42.30 radio with Sprint PRI 2.04_003 (Sprint firmware defaults).

GPS work without carrier network (e.g. without A-GPS) is very important. Can anyone suggest?
