Well its for Oz, because if you go to
http://dl.oz.com/sprint/ it pulls up all the IM apps from them (Yahoo, AOL, MSN).
My guess is that the links above are just the Oz cab files for the Diamond and Raphael being prepped for release.
I'm assuming this because of the dl.oz.com (Download Oz), which is listed after you hit cancel on the above links.
