Sprint/Verizon use and roam off pretty much the exact same towers. So, Sprint and Verizon are pretty much equal when it comes to service area. Verizon MAYBE having the slightest edge in the lower western states. Not to mention Sprint has true EVDO Rev-A and with WIMAX coming in the next few years. Sprint is going to be the only choice for true mobile broadband.

I've been a Sprint customer for six years and a Sprint employee for three years. No billing or hardware problems to date. To each his own.
