divx/xbid to mobile/htc touch
bottom line just looking for an easy and of course preferably free program to convert some of my 800mb divx and xvid files to a smaller file size and lower res to 320x240 for my htc touch so they play smoother.. they play now and look great but motion is terrible.. looks like I'm getting 15fps.
