Which task manager are you running? If it's the "basic one" from sprint, it's lame. If you show all files with a good file manager, you should also see another taskmgr.lnk file in the windows directory. Try that one. MUCH better, shows all system processes too.

Oh, while you're browsing around, there are other .lnk fines there too that do some other goodies.
