TXT messages sent to me while phone is off are not received
Does this happen to everyone?

If my phone is rebooting or the battery is dead and someone sends me a txt message, I will never get it. I've also noticed that if I receive a txt message and soft-reset before I mark the message as read, the message will disappear when the phone comes back up. This has been my experience since I got the phone with multiple roms... running 3.5 now.

Is this normal?
