At the same time press the following three:

Top power button,
Camera button,
Reset Hole on the bottom of phone.

I've come to know it as: Power, Camera, Hole!

The above will put you in bootloader mode to flash a new rom...

Edit: Wow?! I need coffee....THE CORRECT SEQUENCE FOR A HARD RESET IS: GREEN button, RED button, HOLE.
