Do not let the Sprint Customizations run at all. Soft Reset before the Customizations start, and then you need to run the Verizon Customizations Cab. Unzip, copy cab file to phone, and click it to run it. I have linked it for you below. When you are all done, you are going to have to call Verizon and do some serious sweet talking to get them to add the Sprint ESN to their ESN database so that you can activate it with them.
