Go here to get the bmp to brn converter:

Then use any graphic software to edit the icon to 119x105 pixel. Then you have to export the image to .bmp. I used Gimp, but Photoshop will work just as well. Basically anything that can handle layers will do. Of course, some graphical skills are required. Remember, layers are your friend.

A little hints:

1) scale the image to 105x105 in size, or smaller depending on how big you want the graphic to be
2) enlarge the canvas size to 119x105 (keeping the image intact), center the image on canvas
3) make new bkgrd layer, fill with gradient color, or anything you want.
4) put anything else (text, additional graphics) on its own layer
5) export to bmp
6) convert to brn

Oh an also you have to edit the AL_Bkgd.brn, which the phone uses as a background page, it then overlays the 6 icon graphics on top. You will know what I mean when you get there.

Sorry if it sounds complicated, but it really was a tedious task.
