1st answer is: Don't cross post the same question in two different threads. Different builds might have different answers and you make it harder to give an accurate answer since we don't know what kitchen you used and you didn't give any other important information.
You're going to have to be more clear.
What is "convo"?
Are you using any messaging software other than the default/OEM?
Are you using any CM software other than the default/OEM. [CM=Contact Management]
Don't use the word "swell" unless you are at least 70 years old, a medical doctor or a carpenter. Probably not even then. At least not in that context.
