Just found this as I was surfing for information on the Touch-Pro. It is a site in the UK that is advertising the video out cable and lists it as in-stock. The price converts to about $77 American (including shipping). I was tempted but it should be available here in the U.S. for quite a bit less when you hack off the steep overseas shipping charges....not to mention we don't even have a confirmed release date yet!
