I was working with batigol61 last night trying to fix his phone. We were both hesitant to use the nueSPL relocker because it specifically says DONT USE WITH NON-GPS roms, and we had the stock verizon rom which of course isnt GPS. But nothing else worked so we tried it anyways. It would go to the tri-color screen but it wouldn't reboot automatically, we waited several minutes.
The only way we could upgrade the radio and/or rom was to do it individually using the RUU and a RUU_signed.nbh file. First we upgraded to radio 3.42 (successful) and then to the DCD rom (successful). We then continued to the windows mobile setup screen and got all the way to the home screen. And then from there it just kept resetting, it would get to the homescreen and then in 5 seconds reset! So we cooked up a rom and flashed that, samething, endless reseting. So then we tried upgrading to a stock sprint rom and it was unsuccessfully, stuck at 11%. So im currently at the stock verizon.

EDIT: The spring rom 3.56 (rom only, no radio) DOES NOT install successfully, it stop around 59%. however the dcd 3.2.5 DOES but that causes the phone to reset every 5 seconds!!!
