I too am having the same issues with the storage card. (I am using a 4gb). One time I was trying to transfer a newely downloaded cab over to the card via activesync and the card showed up, but said it was full. Knowing that I didn't even have a gig on the card, I unplugged the usb cable and re-connected. Worked fine after that. What size card is everyone using who is experiencing the issues?
