OK, I have tried the tape method, just couldn't get it to stay on, and didn't last long. The best solution I have found so far is...

Do this: Pickup a "Instant Krazy Glue Pen". Put a dab of glue on the backside of the stylus (the long side of it - the black part). Using the pen, push it down on piece of paper to get the glue going. You will also see how big the glob is when you push it out, you just do the same thing on the stylus. Then set it on the edge of a table so the glue is hanging upside down. You may need to put a small book or something on it so it doesn't roll. Once dry in a few mins, try putting it in. If it doesn't fit, simply use a nail file (like on fingernail clippers if you don't have a woman to borrow one from) and file it down till it fits.

This method has worked for me so far for 6 months!!
