I had this case for my mogul. One of the plastic deals on the top edge that clips on the phone broke off, leaving the whole thing useless. This happened after a month or two. I wouldn't buy again... My new touch has a similar feel anyways, and I hardly need a case as long as it gets the pants pocket all to itself
