Maybe I should call Verizon and tell them something is wrong?
I repeated this with Atlanta, Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale, and Tampa. Download was never below 9600. I'm not complaining.

This is with 0 or 1 bar at home. So apparently the phone signal is not related to the data signal.
