I have tried everything suggested uninstalled deleted all files and folders and reinstalled twice, and am at my wit's end. For me this kitchen is useless.  |
When you say deleted, did you delete the entire temp folder at "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\hIq Inc" ?
