Host has apparently disallowed the use of .htaccess files which is a requirement for the
SEO mod to actually work. It was causing everything to come up as the 404 error. I did backup the
SEO specific files and the changes are still there if the host decides they'll let us use those .htaccess files so it would only take the renaming of a few files.
