Cybermonkey, sorry you are experiencing issues with DVD Catalyst Free.
While not all done with DVD Catalyst Free, it works the same as DVD Catalyst 3, and between the both of them, I've converted over 1000 dvd's with them without issues.
It would have been easier for me to assist you with the issue you are having if you would have posted it on my own forum on
www.dvdcatalyst.com as well.
Which DVD are you trying to convert?
Did you try a different DVD to see if it was just an issue with the DVD itself?
