The problem is wit "File Associations".I had this happen 2 me b4 when i installed a audio program.Tha program set itself as tha default player for mp3 without asking me.i think ringtones will only work wit Media Player bein tha default.You can try it wit TCPMP and set it as the default and you'll see tha same problem he's havin'.Only diff is that u can uncheck it in TCPMP.
