I cannot remember the exact string off hand but I believe it is HKLM/Software/....then look for Sprint TV.....there is a setting at 60....change it to 100....soft reset and you are good to go..I will try and locate the exact string....

Yes I was right....HKLM/Software/SprintTV/.....all the way at the bottom is volume....change it from 60 to 100....
