I've never bothered with repairs or exchanges via the store. They claim my account is classified as a business account, so it has to be done through customer care. They don;t always mention it, but you can have the $50.00 deductable billed to your account instead of up front.
I've been through 7 Moguls since September of 2007.

Didn't know that......I have my success through the store itself (never have had to pay the $50 deductible)....but if I ever need to....I will keep this in mind....thanks for the info...
