I got the $7 a month full insurance on my phone..
When I had the 6700...
I lost my first one.. got a refurb from asurion.
Then that one had a dead pixel in the camera.. Brought it to a sprint repair facility(since better chance of getting an upgrade through them) and they couldnt fix it...
They said that they would have to replace it with a refurb. Now I know what I do to my phones and I dont really like getting refurbed phones.
I politely said that I do not like refurbs because Im not really into having anyones else's crap. They said that there was nothing they could do and its all in the draw at the factory for which phone you get.. If they have refurbs thats what they send you.. Said ok and asked if I could pay a copay to get a new one... They said no...All the while acting like I thought that they still made the 6700...They said that the 6700 was discontinued so I asked what phone would be comparable to that one...ahh the mogul...
So I waited for the phone to see if they would send me a new mogul. When it came in it was a refurb 6700. I took it and they assured me that if I had any problems that I could bring it back and they would replace again. No problem..
Few days later found another issue with that one...Went back and got a little disgruntle..not bad just a little mad that I was a customer of Sprint\Nextel for over 6 years and why they couldnt work something out to get me a new phone since I have been paying insurance.
The nice girl at the counter gave me the number of the factory manager where they have their phones sent out of. When I contacted him he was very helpful and got me out a mogul within a few days.. Very nice guy..
Done deal happy customer...
