Check out Google Maps mobile. It uses tower triangulation, but I am unsure if this feature works on the stock Vogue, to be honest.
The other guys are right, well the guys who weren't being ****s. You'll need to get a ROM (a modified version OS on your phone) on your phone to get the internal GPS activated. See
