Re: Linux/Android working on Titan

Just reporting in....successful boot using the latest files on the Sandisk 512Mb card that came with the Mogul, formatted to fat32. I formatted the card in a USB MicroSD card reader plugged into a Windows Vista laptop and copied the files to the card using the usb reader as well...if that matters. Thanks to all for the tips on calibrating the screen and making sure to have a active data connection before loading it up. So far I have:

Sent/Receive dtext messages
Browsed the internet
Used the Map app

Couldn't seem to initiate a call and I didn't try receiving one. Maybe tomorrow...getting tired now. Overall this is waaay farther along than I expected. The interface in interesting and the browser shows promise. Could be a brave new work if the brainiacs can keep kicking this along! Good fun

Sprint Mogul with the standard 3.56.651.0 ROM installed with Sprint customizations, about 21-22 Mb RAM free when booting Android.
