I've been using a Jabra BT3030. It's not a headset but more of a bt stereo interface. It uses a dogtag design, so it hangs around your neck. From there you can connect your favorite standard 3.5 mm headphones. The mic is on unit, as well as phone answer and A2DP controls. It works great although the I do sometimes have to hold the mic closer for callers to hear me. I doesn't really bother me since I am listening to media much more than I talk. The other thing I really like is that I'm able to use what ever headphones I want (the ones that come with it are pos, btw).
One thing that I haven't been able to figure out is how to have it automatically pair. I always have to go into bt settings and choose "set as wireless stereo" in order for it to connect.
