DO you have Wi-Fi Access at work? Get an old PDA Phone (or just PDA) without a camera and install Skype and a Wi-Fi card as needed...
or
You could just replace the case completely covering the camera permanently... A 3D printer would be perfect for this... (They really do exist, just expensive...)
