Yea, if you did not back it up I feel for ya.
I loaded the newest ROM on mine, and I thought my most current contacts was backed up. So when I restored my contact, I discovered it was from a couple of months ago and I had changed ALOT in my contacts since then.
SO after I got my contacts back to how I wanted them, first thing I did was back them up.
