If you have your MSL just go in and change the settings yourself...if not you can call Sprint and get ur MSL and manually change the settings....if you do not know what you are doing though, let Sprint walk you through it....just tell them exactly what happened you tried to flash the latest ROM and such and such...shouldn't take em long to get you up and running...
