Thanks for the suggestion but that didn't work ether same results I needed a master reset to get things going again. But with the error reporting turned off it gave me an alert saying that a critical component failed to start do to insufficient memory.
Edit: Interesting tho there is a program called jB5 it is a web browser and when I try to install it I get this error but if I turn error reporting off it installs fine.
