^^Scratch that request. I installed PHM Registry instead and found it right away. My value was already 250 so i am not sure how much improvement 255 will give. i'll report back after trying it out.

EDIT: I must not be using Total Commander properly because the HKey_Local_Machine showed up right away under PHM Registry. It's nice to be able to do it form your PC too.
