Go to the Sprint store....you have a better chance of getting a new one and they carry the refurbish right there......I can tell you this I have done it at least 30 times over the life of my phones and have gotten at least 20 brand new ones and at least 10 brand new in the box with all the accessories...you gotta work the managers....
