Re: Make Opera default for clicking from File Explorer?
I can't figure out a way to get .url files to work with Opera either but I have come up with a method that works for me. You can create a shortcut with the extension .lnk and inside that file put something like this:
48#"\Program Files\9.5 Beta\Opera9.exe" weather.com
The 48# means 48 characters after the # - just change that number to however many characters you have there. Now you can open that shortcut and it will take you straight to that page.
