For the devices that have been updated, all of them. From what I can tell through research, it appears Verizon has been having this problem on the 6700 since it's release. Though they claim it's UTStarcom's issue, and vice versa. However, it became more common with the release of AKU3 and whenever there is a third-party program that requires a near-constant data connection.
