Any WM device should sync w/ your Outlook items. Since you're on Sprint, you might consider the Treo 800W. It has WiFi and a host of other features. Check the review done by WMexperts

The Sprint Mogul (AKA HTC Titan) is also a possibility, but it's about a year or so old.
