That happened to me once well the reason of that is because you might have to download another copy of the update the first one might have some errors or something and the other reason is because you where running another programs while the device was updating.. if you where listening to music or even be online that will cause to stop the update and mest up your phone... you got lucky to install back your last update.. =D>
