I may be wrong here, but if I understand your question, I think you should be OK. PocketCM does not replace the native Contact Manager, it runs with it, so they both exchange info and changes. Any changes you make in PocketCM will occur in the native CM as well, and when you sync with your PC, all the info will transfer to Outlook just like before PocketCM.

I hope I understood the question and answered it appropriately!!
