Have not tried these, but they look cool. Was going to try them for the look, but read they run kind of laggy so staid away.

The best I've seen yet is
musicflo. It is not a skin or customization or cube hack, but a standalone program that runs ontop. the clock could be prettier (some like it), but the customization, speed, low resource use, is all right on. Highly recommend it to everyone.
